Swim

I've been injured with a sprained ankle and my right knee so it's been a while. I'm trying to rest and get better but it's so frustrating. I thought I would have a chance to swim and work out. I got in but I stuck to pulling generally. Eventually my ankle would loosen up and let me swim a little more. I ended up getting around 2k of just random strokes and long swims, nothing on a time.

My goal is to get into yoga once this weekend. Try to do a couple of things next week. I have to continue to be patient and never push too hard on anything because I cannot risk a long term problem before this marathon. Especially if I want to push up the Ironman date.
