God dammit I hate being injured and taking it easy. This is utter malarkey.

Couple of sun salutations

So mostly body weight stuff. Still def injured so at no point was I trying to press it. Just get my grove, do some movements. I warmed up plenty so although I had to be very careful, I didn't aggravate my knee or ankle. I was really glad to get in, I am pretty sore today. I'm slightly concerned I don't get enough protein. I have no protein in the mornings, some for lunch, but generally not too much for dinner. And because I've come off the vegetarian month, I'm not sure if that is affecting me and my recovery.

Did some yoga at home to stretch out. I would love to get a swim in, but I don't think I have a chance? I want the massage tomorrow. I think. Idk. I'll figure it out.
