Still swimming as part of my injury recovery. My back also is extremely tight and painful. Massage this week is necessary.

I forgot how much I like being in the water. It's nice to swim even if it's slowly and terribly. I guess it'll be reasonable cardio to prep for running. I am slightly concerned about making the marathon. And most of my early races will be pushed to June minimum which sucks. I guess I want to get 1-2 10ks and maybe one longer one before Chicago.

Also I have to look into getting ortho preferably soon.
