The knee is feeling better and I think that has a lot to do with the swimming. I'm going to keep at it, maybe add a yoga this week. Still no pushing off too hard and breaststroke kicking is super useless. but it's getting there at least.
My backstroke felt particularly strong, my right hand had a good catch.
I definitely got some distance done though. Even wrote a little bit before. and got some sun in the afternoon. Overall a pretty great Sunday.
