Knee's still a problem so it's all recovery mode still. The swimming is getting decent though, and I still can't really push off. I only remember, but I made that last 150fr at like 1:44, which is better than 35 pace! Not bad!

I'm impatient but feel like I have to focus on healing before tackling a marathon and beyond. I need this knee. We're in it for the long haul.

I haven't started off a block, or even dived, into a pool in so long. It makes me feel bad, and also am I now worse at starts because I haven't practiced it? Almost definitely.
