I was lazy and didn't work out at all this week. Because my manager is a bad influence, and I was easily persuaded/a slacker. I regretted at this crappy yoga practice. But I did get my heart rate up a little and I stretched some more after the class. Plus I lightly jogged to the gym, barely more than a mile but it was nice to use the knee.
My right leg (and my left) has lost muscle. Pounds, probably in this case. My goals are to start squatting with no weight or in goblet, and try to get back a little strength. Again the final goal is still the marathon. So I have to strength a little, keep my cardio up and then slowly jog. SLOWLY. wrap my knee. And stretch consistently. Get a massage. Get that glutimnie or whatever the doctor suggested.
Yoga tomorrow and Sunday. Next week is 1 "lift" maybe with/before yoga. 1 swim. 1 yoga. Stretch twice.
