Morning yoga today. Was super tired and cramped, sweated all the alcohol from the weekend. Wasn't a great yoga itself but I did work kinda hard. I also rock climbed a bit after. I am much weaker than I used to be. And my knee pains means in a lot of actions, it hurts a lot, and I don't like using it.
PT tomorrow. Including a chiro which will help. Try to get a massage soon.
