Just before Photoville and the collage art, I went to a morning yoga class and meditation again. It was a good practice, it's never too challenging, but we get some excellent stretching and a little bit of heat. It's great to make mornings. Ariel is also a great teacher, nice ques and transitions and a very good atmosphere. Totally doesn't hurt that she's charming and beautiful.
The meditation was nice, very calming and spacious. I had a nice moment, just enjoying the settle of myself and the morning. I benefit this to having meditate that Thursday as well, only proving I should add it to a more regular routine.
I want to swim Tuesday, hopefully right before the dinner. Just nice and easy warm up, a little length. Maybe 100 IMs or 50 sprints to finish. Just touch the speed, but no attempts to be too fast.
I've been reasonably good at the PT stuff, but I want to continue that. Some sleep and stuff would help, though all the fucking shit I'm doing isn't great for it. Tad sick also, working on that.
