Just a very quick swim, I haven't been in the pool in ages. I forget how much I love being the water. It's grounding. I'll see myself out.

Nah but it's nice a calm, I enjoy swimming a couple laps, and there's something comforting about being good at something

I'm the lightest I've been in a while 165. I should try to get into lifting again, try to get some weight back? I want to add a couple pounds of muscle, hit 170-175. Mostly structural and some ancillary, and just a bit on the show. Then back into running, biking, swimming. I'm trying to get a tri or two early next year. Maybe even a marathon. Health -> Iron It's got to be in the plan. Because if I can make into next year with an Iron in mind, I won't mind just having a bridge job.
