Nice and easy run, never push the pace but keeping my feet moving and minding my landings.
Saw a couple of other runners, nice to see us braving the cold.
10 mile-r in January/February? That’s essentially a half. Try for an early marathon in April/May then?
Pick up a Tri in June/July depending on the bike?

Feeling a touch under the weather, so it’s lots of tea and emergen-c for a bit. Try to keep going to the gym and keeping warm.
