Today was a good lift. I didn't push any weights, but I held pretty good form and definitely hit most things with high reps. I should buy for the 10 miler, and in that, swim tomorrow. Run Monday?
Flow, have good flow. I haven't recently. Gym time is good for it. I've definitely worked pretty hard on Thursday, reasonably today. Got some good writing in Barcelona and after it.
I wonder if during travel I will have time to write as much? definitely in transit, just staring out the window when I'm bored. Music also. Lots of music. Should get friends to give me some.
