First attempt at connecting tri bits, and it was pretty good. The run felt slow but consistent. It was stupid cold. But I’m surprised how quickly the body acclimates. My breathes burned at first but then they evened out.
I kept reasonably pace, no music, and was glad I made the commitment and followed through. Made breakfast taste that much more delicious.
I’m going to keep running, swimming. Try to find a bike.
