a nice morning of around 6 miles, plus a handful of sun salutations. Nothing too taxing. Got to keep stretching and PT to avoid injury. Especially as I work to increase distance to 10-12 range. Let's try 8-9ish for next weeks long run, then go to 10-12 before Mardi Gras
