8 miles. Longest run. It took me a long time to get into the pace, I had to take a couple stretching breaking, had to think carefully about my pace and feelings and whatever.
I thought I was going to have to take it totally easy and cut the run short, but a few miles after, it leveled out and I got through the entire distance.
Good. Bods well for the 10miler on the 18th
Next couple of days are pretty busy, so keep on the stretching and PT and then prep for the race, then sign up for the next race plus shoes.
