It’s hard to lift on a fast day and I ended up hounding down some food, beer, and weed with TJ and Pat while watching hockey and playing smash. I have an idea to meditate on fasting days to make fasting and meditating a more regular part of the routine. Sounds like an excellent idea.
Insofar, excellent commitment to the maintenance. I wanna spend a little less [fucking shows and friends ughhhhh hahah] and I wanna write more. But for now. Excellent send off into 2019.
