An excellent commitment to the new year. Really glad I got in. The front squat felt good and I’m down to be working at the lower weights for a while. I want to find a race for next year.

Met a guy named oliver, seemed cool.

The swim was good. I was tired as expected, but I done did good getting in. Kept pursuing excellence by 6shims off every wall. Also stuck out all the lifts I needed to do.

Prob no Resistor today, but Resistor tomorrow. Find a vector cut of the friendship signal. Spin tho.

Maybe a yoga or a jog tomorrow, but if you’re going out I don’t wanna be too tired. Jan 1st tho, lets get some bread. Work on writing.
