Good lift, first in a couple weeks, since before Mardi Gras. Asa result my squat was pretty weak, the 165 set was giving me some trouble. I could feel the tweaks in my hamstrings.

I did warm up a lot, stretching and rotating, so I actually felt pretty good. I worked hard, sweated a lot.
