Yoga and Meditation
Can fit this shit anywhere! I stretched, into 4 or 6 salutations, warmed down a bit and then meditated until my seamless order came in. It was nice and easy, got some good stretches.
I calmed myself in the meditation. No candle light today but I'm heartened by the relatively more focus on taking that time. Put another 2 into next week. Have enough time that it doesn't have to be interrupted.
