Took the class at the Y, Hatha yoga for an hour and a half.
The weird thing is, I often like the slower yoga classes but even as I don't quite get the cardio workout, I still get a good sweating and elevate my heartbeat. Plus I love the meditation and stretching. It loosens are relaxes me.
I had a good practice. Going to try to get a run on Wednesday with a lift/swim friday, to getting a Bike on Saturday to something on Sunday with Devin.
Next week, drinks on Thurs, possibly Friday. Rave Saturday. So run Wednesday. yoga/swim/bike Monday/Tuesday. Saturday morning is recovery. Sunday is recovery/light work.
