Poor Run

4 miles, some walking.

So running at 9:30 after a whole day and the Oceans exhibit definitely was not the brightest idea. I was tired and hurt, even after a reasonable warm up.

It was cold. I didn't run well, I felt like my strides were lopsided. My knees hurt. My left pinky toe went numb. Right hip flexor was tight.

Anyway, I did some distance. The idea is to do a long run on Sunday, for about 12 miles ish. Do another 10 the week after. Do another 13-14 the week after that.

Keep stretching and doing PT. Injury prevention is key here.
