After an extremely long night, I didn't really have the energy to do much more than attend the Hatha-yoga class, though I think I would have benefited from 30 minutes on the bike or a quick swim. Time is short, and each week is packed with activities. I want to do them all, and I'm ambitious, but it means always putting in the one step.
Hopefully Fri-Sat-Sun will be good, with the biking to volunteer and time for workouts.
