Yoga and Station Bike

Did an hour with Ariel in yoga fundamentals, then did about 30 on the bike, It felt fine. I worked pretty hard. 

Trying to get to running, biking, and swim/lift the rest of the week. Remember the Tri is in 6 weeks, and I want to be pretty much in the last throngs to get to Iron distance. 12 miles run, at least 80 on the bike.
