11 Miles

Ran down to Prospect Park, around the loop and then back, plus two piers in BBP. It came out to give take, 11 miles. I had to walk about 200 yards after mile ~6 because my left knee was acting up again. Didn't love that part, but was able to cobble together the remaining 5. Also found my scrap wood for the chopsticks! Ran a few miles wielding a staff. That was fun.

Good energy and attitude during the run. Did some warm down and stretching, but coulda used more. 

As always, no injury.

Try to get more miles on the bike, some yoga, a swim, a lift, this week.
