Hot Yoga @Lyon Den. Biking to work, Biking 18 Back

Hot Yoga at Lyon Den. Biking 4 miles to work. Biking 18 miles back round Prospect twice.

Hot yoga was an experience. I really enjoyed: working at the edge of my limit, because it was sooooo hot and posing was hard and I just wanted to not.
But I also pushed my energy, tried to have better alignment. I loved the chair pose, pushing the very depth of that squat.
I sweat literal pools. I know I perspire more than most, but I completely soaked the hand towel, and generously watered the mat protector.
It was good. It was good exercise. You have the mentality of yoga in a cardio scene, concentrating on movements while sweating profusely from heat and effort. Plus deep breathing.
I felt accomplished and successful, partly because I biked there at 6am.
I would go again. Not super soon, and not regularly until at least after the half

Biking was fine. I feel much more comfortable in the city. Clipping out is way easier now than clipping in. I need to take the bike in to check the gear switch on the front gear.
I am concerned about the seat? I want it higher but also more comfortable? Lets just take it into the trainer and ask redbeard

Plus a tri suit, I am very confident in the Tri. I am working on that Iron. It’s really biking plus a little run distance. Long run this weekend for double digits. 50 bike plus 1hr run next weekend. Couple of runs, bike/runs. Tri weekend after that. Rest days. 2. Yoga. Run. Bike/run. Bike. Swim. Bike/Run. Half iron.
