Yoga and 6 Miles

I did some yoga at home, getting through a few stretches and a touch of sweat. Then ran 6 miles easy. Frankly the run was pretty easy.

Tomorrow is a long swim and a touch of a run/yoga/lift. Rest. Rest. Stretch. Rest
