Long swim before the race. Doing a little stretching now. Going to bed early. The lifeguard told me i was swimming too much and I should go home. He was nice. I have this enormous bruise from the fall on my thigh. Fucking ew.
I feel excited for this race tomorrow. I want to have fun, try hard, and enjoy the reward of doing it. Also i guess the new way of getting there.
Rest. Stretch. Maybe the lightest bike ride tomorrow. To the shop too.
