New York.

Another 11 miles.

This time, two laps of the BBP. Took from around 7 to before 9.

I definitely pushed the first half a little bit, and it hurt the last 3-4 miles. Mostly from the blisters. I guess that’s good training… maybe if I run again soon I’ll be able to get some scar tissue.

I feel really good about the tri distance. I can get that swim with no issue. 26 on a bike is also very doable. And then the 10k doesn’t scare me.

Keep stretching. Sleep. It’s good. The Tri should be no problem. I can definitely survive a half iron w any amount of walking. But now lets try this week, next week, to get bike/runs in for some amount of distance.

24 miles on the bike about 2 hours
