Yoga

Just a beginners yoga with Ariel at Equinox Dumbo.

Felt alright, I definitely need the recovery and stuff

I feel excited for this half, but I need more rest and some stretching. 8+hours every time. Today, Tomorrow, Thurs, Fri, Sat.

Quick run tomorrow, slowest pace possible. 

Be race ready. Meditate some each day.
