Nice and easy swim. The 4 75s fly didn't hurt too bad but it got my heart pumping.

Talked to Bill who is going to do Lake Placid. I am inching sort of to do the Full. apparently 16 weeks of training. Let's say 2-3 of decline. Let's say 4 weeks of ramp up. Then it's 10 weeks of about 12hrs a week, maybe 16. It comes to 2hrs 6times a week. Hit a hundred on a bike and like 2+ hours run. Walking might be an important part of training.

I don't quite know yet. But lets get some races done this month and next month. Sept, Oct, Nov. Dec race. See what Devin thinks
