God I love lifting. It's such a cathartic time, to really get work done, to be a person, and to focus on myself.
The lifts were good. I still feel uneven on the push outs, my right leg seems shorter and I think I'm feeling it. Outside of the 195 DL [where I was my lower back was not a great form but even still i had the strength to ego-lift it.] all the form felt pretty good. Nice on the squat. Coulda been a tad lower and tighter on the DL all around.
Did I workout Friday? It seems like a super likely day cuz I woulda wanted to do something before the binge-y weekend. No I didn't. I biked to Queens after shopping on Saturday.
Another workout Wednesday. Long Run. I can't do Friday, and I expect a thing on Thursday, so this Sat is Farmhands into a run? or a Swim? Swim into a shower yeah. Or just bike it out.
