Running from my problems

8 miles, down and back the BBP.

I had two sprint legs around three of the piers and that really opened up my legs and hips, worked on my sprinting form, and got my heart racing. It was a really good add in to the run.

I'm glad that I still have some distance in me. 8 miles is nothing to sneeze at, and I'm sore from all the dancing and working out.

It's been beautiful, all the sunsets and the cityscape.

But damn was it hot. I sweated soooo much, but I definitely needed to cleanse from the weekend.

Going to bike to work tomorrow. Gunna try to workout friday?
