Great lift all around. Highlight was the focus and slowness of the front squats. The super set push-ups.Great form on the SL DLs. Great commitment, got it in. Done!

On the not great side, literal shit weight. Didn’t swim. HCs were terrible. Gotta do some more of that, lower weight. Shame.

Anyway. Try to get something tomorrow. Get a yoga and a run in. Long swim coming up. Would like to bike around Gov Island
