7 miles up and down BBP again. They opened pier 3 so that adds a good half mile if you round it both ways. It’s a really nice part of the part, big lawns, an art and play area, good themes and even a concrete court yard. I feel like if I can get someone who works at those parks to help me that would be a great place to have an open mic.

It was a good pace run actually which surprised me as my last run was 3 weeks ago. Though, general fitness, dancing, all the movement and travel has kept me good.

I really pushed that last 200 yards, and I opened my legs up which gave me a real weird click in my hips, and right leg, something that I am still feeling but desperately want to work on. In that way I will try some warm up, HIIT sprint runs with good extension and use that opening of the hips to help me out.
