Really late workout. Also had to pay 3 months worth cuz my card changed. Reasonable lift. Reasonable form and weight. Tired though, from lack of food.
try to focus on recovery and yoga next. One swim on thurs. Yoga and stretch over the weekend. Maybe one more run, one more yoga.
