It’s good exercise. Really gets you sweating and winded. Maybe I should warm up a little more.
Also did 4x8 pull ups. Maybe 5x8.
Did some handstands against the fences. Gotta try em the other way.
Oh it was my birthday! We went to dinner after. Drinks with Phil and Val and Ijeoma was super fun.
Then dinner with Peter at Pollo de Orca. Really nice peruvian restaurant. It was quite authentic, tho very expensive.
Pisco Sour was decent. Lamb shank stew with the beans. Plantains. Ceivche was actually delicious. The chicken was good and really authentic but it’s just roasted chicken lmao. and tons of fries. and fried hotdogs.
