I wasn’t super excited to start but I got in, discipline over motivation. I enjoyed chatting with the people Andrew and Ben and Zai Zee Zay

The big lift was pretty big gotta be honest and putting that bar more into my chest at the bottom of the lift really helped me out.

I wish I had done a little more arm and core. But it is what it is. Legs. PT. A little chest. Great legs
