I took my time, which hasn’t happened for a few weeks. Front Squat, my core isn’t strong enough. My lower back and holding weight muscles fail nearly before my legs. Foam rolled did help. Did pretty good at PT. Got some vanity it along with all of my commits plus extra. I need a little lower weight on Front Squat, working 135/145, but a few more reps at 95+ is going to do me good for form.
