Quick swim before dinner with friends. I tried to get maximum yardage in a short amount of time and finished this entire workout in about 45mins, which is a pretty fast pace overall.

The swim was good. My leg is feeling better, and my breaststroke felt better.

Trying to get a yoga in tomorrow and a swim on Thursday. I need to keep at it. I also want to increase the percentage of vegetables in my diet a little. Just have a couple salads, because I've made cauliflower for dinner.
