Pretty good swim all around actually. I think the PT and time is helping my knee which is good.
I made all the last ones which was awesome. The 100s were fast enough. Especially got to finish the fly ones.
I stretched a lot after also which is awesome.
Overall, pretty good, not mad. Let's keep stretching. Yoga over the weekend. Be good.
