Saturday morning Yoga. Particularly good one. It was great to get it after the swim and PT from yesterday, and all the stretching really made me feel amazing. I also slept after eating breakfast so I could heal up. Beautiful combination.
The medication was difficult. I got into it for a second but then something broke my concentration and all I could feel was the tightness in my back. I ended up breaking my poise to just lay down and feel better. I think I'm a little btter at it in silence and by myself. The guided meditation can bring my somewhere, depending on the teacher, but the loss of silence isn't super productive.
Down to do it again this week though. Keep a good mindset. Particularly to write everyday.
