I really liked this swim. Even though it started really shitty, and the ending 100s weren’t really fast, I felt like I gave a great effort all around. I also stretched after. And that’s great. But I really need to treat recovery with all the discipline I treated training with. Twice a week, really stretch and loosening days. In addition to all the workouts and all.

This marathon looks less likely by the week.
