Yoga-na regret this

Different teacher this time, the 7:15 class at Brooklyn Heights. It was a good class. I'm intrigued by how a different teacher can change the experience of the class and how I feel afterwards. I was really sore the next day, in my back and legs.

The unique perspectives and guiding pointers can make classes unique and subsequently change how my body reacts to the exercises.

I like the slower pace also, it allows me to focus on a single motion or stretch and really think about where I'm placing my weight and energy. I'll try to make this one more regular. It's a good time slot on a good day.
