Got a few miles in, going to and coming back from work. It’s not even really exercise, but every miles on the bike counts for something.
The run was fine. I had to take it easy to start cuz my calves and shins are a little tight and my feet are sore. So are my ankles. The idea, I think, is to get through this week with some work, keep stretching and loosening. Decline next week. Big decline the week after. Rest->race.
So tomorrow is a rest. Thursday is a bike run. Friday is yoga in the morning.
Next week is a big memorial day workout. Then something.
