5miles easy

Just jogged 5 miles in the park, nice and easy after Resistor. Want to keep stretching and sleeping cuz i've been good at that.

I've got a reasonable scheduled for the next three weeks to taper. Bike to the farm, bike back and run or swim on Saturday. Get a long run in Early next week. Have one more long bike/run. Have one short run. Every swim and yoga I can get.
