5+25 on a bike and 6 run

Definitely not bad. 6 to work, 25 on the way back, into a mid-ish run slowly. This was the last real long workout. I want to get another slow long run and swim on Sunday. Then every swim/yoga I can get. Plus bike to work on Monday. Yoga Tuesday. Swim Wednesday. 

We leave Thursday. Ride once Thursday, easy. Ride slow Friday, maybe have a swim. Rest Saturday.

Get 8+ hrs every night this week. Bed at 11. Sleep until 8. Stretch a lot. Salt bath x2
