it had been a while since i got in the pool so i was hounding for this one. I’m really glad I got the distance in and I’m super glad I made the commitment.

My left shoulder fucking hurt on every free and back stroke. It started hurting doing chores on sunday and it did not feel much better this time but I swam through it.

HOnestly little of this swim felt good. I cramped on the speed work. I didn’t hold great form I didn’t have much breath. My arms were not great.

But I kept a good mindset. and I fucking love being in that water. My legs were great, both kick sets and the lots of shimmering all felt good and strong.

170.5. I’ve gained a few pounds. Hopefully lifting muscles.

Alright. Yoga tomorrow? A lift or run somewhere in the week. Or like Saturday after gambino 1.
