7.5 miles according to the thing. I thought BBP back and forth was more like 7, but it looks like here it’s merely 6. I got another 1.5 by running the promenade and the extra blocks, including maybe a mile with some speed.

Toes hurt, I lost my pinkie toe nail to something probably last week. And my right middle has a blood spot under the nail. No blisters tho so it’s a step in the right direction. Buy some socks.

Still. excellent commitment. A yoga over the weekend at least. Maybe another cardio with sunshine.
